The Big Picture is a service design consultancy that helps organisations understand the end-customers’ real needs and motivations, in order to create more complete services, brands and experiences.
What does it mean in practice?
We study the end-user, visualize the entire experience flow and co-create a concept to solve clear problems and fullfil underlying end-user needs.
Choreographing experiences through behavioural research, workshops and iterative rapid prototyping.
How do we do it?
We use a whole variety of service design tools, of which the main ones are workshops, observation, iterative rapid prototyping and a ‘magic wand’. End-customers and key stakeholders are always involved in the process, because they are the real experts. We just help them extract, analyse and visualise the big picture.
Clients?
Our clients are from all types of industries, e.g. architecture, clothing company, restaurant, education, software company and online service. Their sizes vary from multinationals to smaller start-ups.
